OUR BELIEFS
Entrepreneurship Drives Economic Growth
We believe that entrepreneurship is fundamental to economic sustainability and growth.
Broad Definition of Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship extends beyond new business founders to include innovators within existing companies and executives seeking capital for new projects.
Geographical Synergy
Successful entrepreneurial ecosystems thrive on geographic proximity, as seen in Silicon Valley, Boston, New York, Berlin, and Shanghai.
Untapped Potential
Many founder personalities and corporate innovators reside in cities and regions that lack the synergy, connectivity, and opportunity of established entrepreneurial communities.
Inclusivity in Entrepreneurship
The spirit of entrepreneurship knows no demographic boundaries, and the pursuit of entrepreneurial dreams should be an opportunity available to all.
Community Support
Entrepreneurship can be a lonely endeavor, and access to a supportive community is crucial for success. Interaction, interdependence, and dynamic support within an entrepreneurial community are proven to be beneficial.
From Concept to Success
Introducing a comprehensive entrepreneurial community with the right individuals, resources, capital, and support is key to helping founders and innovators move from concept to successful endeavors.

Prior to joining The Cannon, he served in a number of leadership roles with KPMG including four years as Executive Director of Investment Operations for KPMG Capital providing oversight to a diverse portfolio of global investment companies.

Holding an undergraduate degree in marketing from Texas A&M and a graduate degree from the University of Oklahoma, Brad enjoys pretty much anything outside, including trying to visit every major National Park in the US, occasionally attempting to surf, and trying new cooking/grilling experiments. Brad also is heavily involved as a volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and aims to go on (and win) Survivor one day.
Hilary graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Master’s Degree in Public Policy in 2015, and from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay with three Bachelor’s Degrees with summa cum laude honors. Energized by people and the everyday interactions that build strong communities, she’s passionate about creating environments where both members and staff can thrive.
A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Natalie holds a degree in communication with a minor in psychology and a certificate in leadership and conflict management. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys long walks with her dog Camper through the Museum District, hosting friends, reading the newest leadership book, and baking from scratch. She and her husband love traveling to new cities and camping, and she’s recently picked up backpacking as a new hobby, hoping to keep exploring and push herself outside her comfort zone.
